The Courtyard Marriott Inn is not holding a block of rooms for EDIS guests, but does offer a special group discounted rate while space is available. The discount will be available immediately until the day of arrival as space is available. To obtain these rates guests should make reservations as soon as possible as August is in the Pioneer Valley’s peak season.

To make a reservation at the Holiday inn, guests must call the property directly at (413) 582-0002 and ask to book a room in the “Emily Dickinson block” in order to receive the discounted rate. The group rate is available through July 8, 2014. After July 8 the discounted rate will no longer be available. Guests will not be able to obtain the group rate if they book online.

Amherst College is holding rooms in newly renovated and air-conditioned Seligman House. Three of the available rooms are doubles; the rest are singles. Keys and linens may be picked upon arrival.
